Shipping policy

Thyvirtue delivers with 40+ shipping providers worldwide. Our selection of the shipping provider for your order will be based on a number of factors, such as the country of production, the country of delivery, the selected shipping method, and the total weight of your order.

An order containing two or more products may be shipped from different locations, with the likelihood of arriving at different times and/or packages. Please keep this in mind.

 

Package has not arrived

If you haven’t received the order on the estimated date, please:

  • Allow two more days of waiting time.
  • Check status on delivery tracking information and ETA (estimated time of arrival) and contact the currier for further information.
  • Check with your local post office. In case of absence the package may have been delivered here.
  • Check any delivery leaflet left informing that the package was delivered at another location.

Tracking states “arrived” but is not here

This could have happened for different reason. 

Please:

  • Check if any delivery note has been left at your property indicating the package has been given to someone else.
  • Check your local post office. In case of absence, packages may be delivered there.
  • Check with your neighbors to know if they have seen a package at your porch.

Since the delivery service states that it has been delivered, we follow the criteria provided and may not be able to replace the package.

Wrong Address

If the address provided is considered insufficient by the courier, the package will be discarded.
In case you want to be sent the same order with an updated address, you will have to cover the cost of this. 

 

Unclaimed Delivery

Unclaimed packages are disposed. If you would like for this to be resent, a percentage of this will be charged.
